Carmanah Digital Creative was contracted by ANOW, a rapidly growing real estate appraisal software startup, to develop a companion app for their web application.
Carmanah Digital Creative worked with the team at ANOW to help them design an API that would work well with a decentralized application that runs while offline and then syncs the data when an internet connection becomes available. The syncing algorithm handles general concurrency issues and allows for multiple users to be actively working on the same data at the same time. The application is written in Swift 3.0.
The application utilizes a responsive design philosophy and automatically switches to a two column format when being used on a tablet in landscape mode (as opposed to a single column mode when viewed on a phone).
